Club Mark

A number of sports have adopted Sport England's Clubmark scheme. Branded as safe, effective and child-friendly, the scheme was launched in April 2002 and forms a nationally adopted set of standards in which national governing bodies (NGBs) and their affiliated clubs are able to set and meet that will lead to better quality sports club provision for children and young people. Because Clubmark is a national cross sport scheme, parents, carers and young people will be able to quickly recognise a club that is committed to providing a quality experience wherever it may be in England.
